ClickFunnels: How to Create a Contact/Feedback Form

Hey all!

In this post, I show you how to create a contact us/feedback form on your ClickFunnels account.

It’s a very easy thing to do and all you need to do is add the ‘input form’ and ‘text area’ elements to require your viewers to enter their important contact details and the comments they want to share.

In the ‘input form’ field, you can choose what personal detail about your visitors you want your visitors to have to input, whether it’s name, address, phone number, email, etc…

There are a lot of options available for you to choose from, and if you find you want to include something not on the list, you can add the ‘custom type’ option and add whatever question you like.

You can also customize these fields to look the way you like them to in the ‘advanced options’ and ‘themes’ tab of that same element. These will let you adjust the way the input field looks itself as well as the size and customization of the letters within those fields.

The ‘text area’ field allows your visitors to input any manual text they want in there. This is the area in which they will type in their feedback or comments for your ‘contact us’ form.

After your visitors fill in this information, you can access everything from your ClickFunnels contacts list.

If you prefer to receive an email after someone inputs all these fields in, check out my previous post on that where I show you how to integrate Zapier with ClickFunnels so you can do just that.

Keep in mind that if a user uses the exact same email to complete the form several times, you will only see all these details from the first request – all the other times the form was filled will not be shown to you and so you may want to make sure you add some statement beneath the confirm button to let people know not to send in multiple questions/comments using the same email.

In addition, there is no instant confirmation after someone fills in the fields and clicks the confirm button.

So you need to make sure you redirect the visitors to a thank you page after they are done, or to some other website. Just let them know that their request was processed and they should receive a reply to their comment/feedback/question soon.

That’s it!
